Abstract	U prvom dijelu rada prikazan je teorijski dio o električnoj energiji i njenim početcima u Republici Hrvatskoj te su objašnjeni pokazatelji kvalitete električne energije i njihov utjecaj na mrežu i elektroenergetski sustav. Rad donosi detaljniji prikaz nesimetrije napona kao jednog od najvažnijih čimbenika kvalitete električne energije, njezinih učinaka, uzroka te posljedica, a navedene su i određene mjere za smanjenje negativnih utjecaja. Drugi dio rada donosi podatke o mjerenjima jedne gradske četvrti i jednog prigradskog naselja, a mjerene veličine bile su: napon, struja i snaga.
Abstract (english)	The first part of the paper presents the thereoretical part of electricity and its beginnings in the Republic of Croatia. Also, paper contains and explains the indicators of electricity quality and its impact on the network and power system. The paper provides a more detailed presentation of voltage unbalance as one of the most important factors in the quality of electricity, its effects, causes and consequences. Furthermore, paper provides certain measures to reduce negative impacts in the quality of electricity. The second part of the paper provides data on measurements of one city district and one suburbs. Measured values were: voltage, current and power.
