Abstract
Razvojem tehnologije nastoje se poboljšati rezultati u različitim granama među kojima je i efikasnost. S obzirom na nesavršenost materijala i alata gotovo svi proizvodi svojm upotrebom stvaraju gubitke u nekome obliku. Asinkroni motori su zbog svoje jednostavnosti i pouzdanosti čest odabir za pogone sustava. Zbog svoje konstrukcije prilikom upotrebe stvaraju gubitke. U ovome radu predstavljeni su procesi određivanja gubitaka asinkronog motora. Mjerenja su provedena dok se rotor vrtio u praznom hodu i dok je vrtnja bila onemogućena što predstavlja kratak spoj. Iz rezultata mjerenja formirani su grafovi i provedeni izračuni kojima su određeni gubitci u statorskom namotu, rotoru i željeznoj jezgri, uz dodatak mehaničkih gubitaka i gubitaka zbog trenja i ventilacije.
Abstract (english)
The development of technology aims to improve results in various branches, among which is efficiency. Considering the imperfection of materials and tools, almost all products generate losses in some form through their use. Asynchronous motors are a common choice for system drives due to their simplicity and reliability. Due to their construction, they create losses during use. This paper presents the processes of determining the losses of an asynchronous motor. The measurements were taken while the rotor was spinning freely and while the rotation was disabled, which represents a short circuit. From the measurement results, graphs were formed and calculations were carried out, which determined the losses in the stator winding, rotor and iron core, with the addition of mechanical losses and losses due to friction and ventilation.
