Abstract
Pojam ''neprofitni'' obuhvaća vrlo veliku, raznoliku skupinu koja uključuje, između ostaloga, karitativne, socijalne, političke, kulturne, obrazovne, zdravstvene i vladine entitete. Svaka od tih neprofitnih skupina ima svoja pravila, djelatnosti, ciljeve i zahtijeva posebna znanja za uspješno poslovno funkcioniranje. Sustavna primjena marketinga, a u današnje vrijeme osobito e-marketinga pospješuje djelovanje spomenutih organizacija i kvalitetnije ostvarivanje njihove misije i ciljeva, kao i pozitivno rješavanje društvenih problema radi kojih neprofitne organizacije i postoje. Tema ovog završnog rada je ''E-marketing u neprofitnim i vladinim organizacijama''. Struktura završnog rada se sastoji od pet poglavlja. U prvom poglavlju pojašnjena je tema koja je analizirana u radu dok su u drugom poglavlju objašnjene osnove elektroničkog marketinga. U trećem dijelu završnog rada opisana je razlika između poslovnog i neprofitnog marketinga. Pojašnjen je pojam neprofitne organizacije te također korištenje e-marketinga u vladajućoj strukturi i ministarstvima te u kojoj mjeri se služe e-marketingom. Posljednjim poglavljem dan je osvrt na primjenu marketinga te e-marketinga u neprofitnim i vladinim organizacijama. Zaključeno je da e-marketing i određena kombinacija elemenata marketinga uz korištenje informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologija može pomoći neprofitnim organizacijama da na jednostavniji način i efikasnije definiraju svoju ulogu i potrebe ciljnog tržišta kao i da se vladine organizacije kroz budućnost trebaju sve više okretati ovim metodama marketinga.
Abstract (english)
Topic ''non-profit'' covers large group which includes charitable, social, political, cultural, educational, medicinal and government entities. Every non-profit group has its own rules, activities, goals and requests special knowledge for sucessfull buisness functioning. Systematic marketing application, specially e-marketing nowdays, improves activities of that organizations, so as positievly resolving social problems. 36 The main topic of this paper is ''E-marketing in non-profit and government organizations''. Structure of paper contains five chapters. First chapter explains the topic which is analyzed while in the second chapter you can find fundamentals of electronic marketing. Third chapter describes difference between buisness and non-profit marketing. Term nonprofit organisation is explained so as using e-marketing in government and quantity of its usage. Last chapter talks about usage of e-marketing in non-profit and government organizations. Conclusion is that using of e-marketing and information and communications technology can help non-profit and government organizations to efficiently define their role on market and that government organizations in future should use more of e-marketing methods.
