Abstract
Ovim radom, opisana je problematika usklađivanja i vrednovanja rekonstruiranog videozapisa u odnosu na referentni. Prikazan je pregled metoda i algoritama za procjenu kvalitete slika s referencom. Opisana je teorijska pozadina HbbTV tehnologije radi lakšeg shvaćanja zadatka. Objašnjena je nekolicina različitih metoda s ciljem rješavanja zadanog problema – usporedba matrica korištenjem hi-kvadrat udaljenosti, usporedba osnovnih elemenata slike, algoritam detekcije ispuštanja okvira, te su dani rezultati mjerenja i nedostaci algoritama. Predstavljen je vlastiti algoritam za sinkronizaciju i evaluaciju rekonstruiranog videozapisa s referencom, za dva slučaja: videozapisi s QR kodom, te videozapisi dohvaćeni s grabber uređaja računanjem N PSNR lokalnih maksimuma. Rezultati mjerenja objašnjeni su vizualno, deskriptivno i grafički. Algoritam, koji je jedinstven, pokazao je visoke performanse, uspješno izvršava zadani zadatak, te daje detaljne informacije o promatranom videozapisu.
Abstract (english)
Video synchronization and full reference video quality assessment have been described in this paper. Methods and algorithms for image quality assessment are presented. HbbTV technology has been pictured in order to facilitate the understanding of the assignment. Several different methods with intention of resolving the given problem have been explained – matrix comparison computing the chi-squared distance; picture element (pixel) comparison; freezing algorithm. Testing results and disadvantages have been given respectively. A unique algorithm for synchronization and evaluation of reconstructed video with reference is proposed for the two cases: video sequences with QR code and video sequences pulled from grabber device using N PSNR local maximums. Measurement results are visualy, descriptively and graphically presented. Unique algorithm shows high performance, successfully resolves the problem and gives detailed information about the observed video.
