Abstract
Analizirajući poslovne sustave moguće je uočiti sve veću potrebu korištenja e-učenja u svrhu usavršavanja znanja i vještina djelatnika u različitim poslovnim aktivnostima. U ovom završnom radu provedena je usporedba dva sustava za e-učenje te su navedene prednosti i nedostaci na koje nailaze zaposlenici koristeći takve sustave prilikom cjeloživotnog učenja. Navedene su poslovne strukture i situacije u kojima se koristi e-učenje u Republici Hrvatskoj u poslovne svrhe. Primjeri e-učenja u poslovne svrhe u Republici Hrvatskoj su Getready4work, Start2act, e-učenje u Podravki i e-učenje u bankarstvu. Platforma Moodle i njezina hrvatska inačica Loomen je interaktivan LMS sustav koji se koristi za samostalno učenje ili učenje uz pomoć mentora. Platforma Quilt je CMS sustav koji je po svojoj strukturi statičan sustav koji se koristi više za pregled dokumenata i sadržaja. Na osnovu prikazanih karakteristika oba sustava može se zaključiti da je u poslovnim sustavima gdje je potrebno samo objaviti i ažurirati dokumente koje tvrtka koristi dovoljan CMS sustav (poput Quilta). U sustavima gdje zaposlenici trebaju savladati određene sadržaje i tehnologije uz pomoć online mentora gdje je potrebno praćenje i provjeravanje zaposlenika bolje je koristiti LMS sustav (poput Loomena).
Abstract (english)
By analysing business systems, it is possible to perceive the increasing need for e-learning to improve the knowledge and skills of employees in various business activities. This thesis compares two e-learning systems in business practice and analyses their advantages and disadvantages faced by employees in lifelong learning. Therefore, business structures and situations in which e-learning is used in the Republic of Croatia for business purposes are described, such as Getready4work, Start2ac, as well as E-learning platforms in Podravka and in banking. In addition, Moodle platform, i.e. its Croatian version, Loomen, is an interactive LMS system used for independent learning or learning with the help of a mentor. By being the CMS system, the Quilt platform is, on the other hand, a more static system used for documents and content overview. Based on characteristics presented in both systems, it can be seen that CMS system (such as Quilta) is sufficient in business systems where only the publishing and updating of documents is required. However, in systems that require monitoring and checking, i.e. which employees need to master the certain content and technology with the help of an online mentor, it is better to use an LMS system (such as Loomen).
