Abstract
Ovaj završni rad opisuje teoriju memristora, njegov rad i primjenu. Memristor je novootkriveni pasivni element, koji komplementira „kvadrat pasivnih elemenata“ u kojem se još nalaze otpor, kapacitet i induktivitet. Povezuje 2 električne veličine, magnetno polje i naboj. Postoje mnoge moguće primjene u elektrotehnici, i šire. Jedna od glavnih digitalnih primjena je u memoriji. U ovom radu je dokazana ovisnost otpora memristora o naponu napajanja, te o drugim parametrima, kao što su polaritet napona i duljina trajanja impulsa. Prikazane su četiri primjene memristora u analognim sklopovima, od kojih su dvije i testirane u programu LTSpice. Prikazani sklopovi su programabilni komparator i Schmittov okidni sklop. Za oba sklopa su izvršene simulacije u kojima su promijenjena 4 modela memristora kako bi se pokazala razlika SPICE modela.
Abstract (english)
This final paper is engaging in memristor theory, its function and its application. Memristor is a newly founded passive element, which complements the „pasive element square“ in which there is also resistance, capacitance and inductance. It combines two electrical units, magnetic flux and electrical charge. There are many possible applications in electrical engineering and more. One of the main digital applications is in memory. Dependence of memristance on voltage is shown in this paper, alongside other parameters, such as polarity and the duration of impulses. Four analog applications of memristors are discussed in this paper, with two of them being tested. The circuits shown are programmable comparator and the Schmitt trigger. Both are simulated with 4 different SPICE models of memristors being tested, to show the difference between them
