Abstract
U ovom završnom radu su opisane karakteristike fluida, gibanje realnih fluida te gibanje tijela u fluidu. Fluidi se mogu podijeliti na idealne i realne. Viskoznost je fizikalno svojstvo fluida, koje pokazuje njegov otpor ka tečenju.Na tijelo koje se giba u fluidu djeluje sila teže, sila uzgona i sila otpora sredstva, te sila otpora koja ovisi o brzini i geometriji tijela isto tako i viskoznost fluida. U završnom radu koristili su se fluidi suncokretovo ulje i etanol. U laboratoriju se određivala njihova gustoća, koeficijent dinamičke viskozosti i koeficijent kinematičke viskoznosti. Razlog proučavanja upravo ta dva fluida je njihovo korištenje pri dobivanju biogoriva koja su u današnje vrijeme sve popularnija. Promatralo se kako ovisi gustoća fluida o temperaturi, koeficijent dinamičke viskoznosti o temperaturi i ovisnost dinamičkog koeficijenata viskoznosti mješavine etanola i vode o njihovoj koncentraciji.
Abstract (english)
In this final work are described fluid characteristics, real fluid motion and motion of the body in fluid. Title of this final work is Measurement viscosity of mixed fluids. Fluids can be divided into ideal and realistic. Viscosity is the physical property of the fluid, which shows its fluidity resistance. The body that is floating in the fluid acts gravitational acceleration, force of buoyancy and force of resistance to resources and force of resistance witch depends about speed and geometry of the body, also viscosity of fluid. In this final work was used fluids sunflower oil and ethanol. Their density was determined in the laboratory, dynamic viscosity coefficient, kinematic viscosity coefficient. Reason of studying exactly those two fluids is their use of making biofuels which are becoming increasingly popular today. In this final work we wached how depends density of temperature, dynamic viscosity coefficient of temperature and depends of dinamic coefficient viscosity on mixtures by ethanol and water of their concentration.
