Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je način regulacije istosmjernim motorom pomoću mikroupravljačkog sustava. Razvijen je i izrađen je elektronički sklop sa mikroupravljačem koji je programiran da upravlja brzinom vrtnje motora proporcionalno-integracijsko-derivacijskom regulacijom. Na osovini motora je ugrađen senzor broja okretaja koji čini povratnu vezu pomoću koje se softverskim putem zatvorene petlje i algoritma PID vrši se regulacija u realnom vremenu. Pulsno širinska modulacijom izlaznog signala elektromotoru se definira naponska razina. Zbog poboljšanja karakteristike odziva PID regulacije korištene su dvije metode ugađanja parametara regulacije. To su ručna metoda i Ziegler-Nicholsova metoda. Rezultati dobiveni ovim metodama su međusobno uspoređeni i prilagođeni najboljem odzivu sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes how to control a DC motor using microcontroller system. It was developed and designed electronic circuit with a microcontroller that is programmed to control the motor speed proportional-integration-derivative regulation. On the motor shaft is fitted speed sensor that makes the feedback by which the software via a closed-loop algorithm and PID control is performed in real time. Pulse width modulation of the output electric motor is defined voltage level. To improve the response characteristics of PID control are used two methods of tuning the parameters of regulation. These are the manual method and Ziegler-Nichols method. The results obtained by these methods were compared and adjusted to the best response system.
