Abstract
Tema završnog rada bila je napraviti seminarski rad koji bi približio korisnicima postupak izvršavanja usluga prijenosa broja i odabira operatora. Prijenos broja omogućava korisnicima prelazak iz mreže jednoga operatora u mrežu drugog operatora, dok odabir i predodabir operatora omogućuju korisniku birati operatora putem kojeg žele izvršiti pozive. Korisnik uz uslugu Odabir/Predodabir operatora“, može birati operatora za jedinstven poziv taka da koristi odabir operatora, a može ovu uslugu koristiti i za dulji vremenski period, tako što će mu centrala sama preusmjeravati pozive preko drugog operatora odnosno da koristi uslugu predodabir operatora. Usluga „Prijenos broja“ može biti izveden u zadanom vremenskom roku, koji bi ujedno i zadovoljio kvalitetu usluge, također postupak prijenosa broja može biti s kašnjenjem, ukoliko se to dogodi operator korisniku isplaćuje naknadu zbog kašnjenja. Također u vezi prijenosa broja naveo sam četiri najkorištenije metode implementacije. Opisan je i rad Inteligentne mreže, te njezine usluge, uz to opisao sam i proces predodabir operatora. Postupak za prijenos broja započinje se ispunjavanjem Zahtijeva za prijenos broja, postupak prijenosa može se izvršiti putem webshopa operatora ili u poslovnicama operatora.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this labor was to do a seminar work that would bring users closer to the process of transferring the number and operator selection / pre-selection . Number portability allows users to switch from one operator's network to another operator's network. The user with „Carrier Selection/Pre-selection“ service can choose an operator for a unique call to use othe operator selection and can use this service for a longer period in that case the telecomunicaion central will guide the call to the other operator. The number portability can be performed within a given timeframe, which would also satisfy the quality of the service, also the transmission of the number can be delayed, if this occurs, the operator pays the fee for the delay. Also, regarding the transfer of the number, I have outlined the four most widely used implementation methods. The work of the Intelligent Network and its services is also described, as well as describing the operator's prediction process. The process for the transmission of the number begins with the fulfillment of the Request for transmission of the number, the transfer procedure can be executed through the webshop of the operator or in the branch offices of the operator.
