Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazani su rezultati dobiveni mjerenjem na razvojnoj pločici za paralelno balansiranje IGBT-a, te teorijska i praktična analiza IGBT komponente koja se koristila u mjerenju. Opisano je radno mjesto kao i oprema koja se koristila u mjerenju. Mjerenja su rađena pomoću dva algoritma, a to su Nsim i NNr. Snimljene su strujne i temperaturne karakteristike za svaki set mjerenja iz kojih se pomoću obrade podataka računa vrijeme zagrijavanja i hlađenja pojedine IGBT komponente.
Abstract (english)
This final paper represents all the data obtained from measurement on a developmental plate for parallel balancing of IGBTs, as well as theoretical and practical analysis of the IGBT component used in the measurement. The workplace and the equipment used in the measurement are described. Measurements were made using two algorithms, named Nsim and NNr. The current and temperature characteristics for each set of measurements are taken from which the heating and cooling time of each IGBT component is calculated by means of data processing.
