Abstract
Rad razmatra proceduru prijenosa broja u slučaju promjene operatera koju je inicirao korisnik usluge. Kako bi se omogućila nesmetana upotreba jedinstvenog telefonskog broja razvijene su metode usmjeravanja poziva u odnosu na promjene u domeni vršitelja usluge. U cilju razumijevanja načina na koji je omogućena prenosivost broja, najprije se upoznajemo sa značenjem ovog pojma i procedura koje ga omogućavaju. Potom slijedi detaljna analiza razvijenih implementacijskih shema gdje pored načina na koji one funkcioniraju, stječemo uvid u potrebne veze i njihove kapacitete kako bi se ovaj postupak realizirao. Nakon upoznavanja sa svim činiteljima prenosivosti broja, slijedi pojašnjenje njegove implementacije unutar postojećeg sustava mreža, to jest kako se ova procedura organizira unutar stvarnog prostora u kome funkcionira niz različitih operatera, a korisnici imaju mogućnost promjene pružatelja usluga. Na kraju, sagledavši sve aspekte rješenja kao i proces implementacije unutar postojeće infrastrukture, obrađujemo njihovu komparativnu analizu iz koje izvodimo zaključke kojima je moguće optimizirati primjenu rješenja omogućavanja prenosivosti broja.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the procedure of number portability in case of an operator change initiated by the user of the service. In order to enable an undisturbed use of a unique telephone number, methods for routing calls in relation to changes in the domain of the service provider, have been developed. In order to understand the way in which number portability is enabled, we first become familiar with the meaning of this term and the procedures that enable it. This is followed by a detailed analysis of developed implementation schemes where, in addition to the way they work, we gain insight into the necessary connections and their capacities needed in order to realize this process. After getting acquainted with all the factors of number portability,coming up is an explanation of its implementation within the existing network system or more accurately, how this procedure is organized within the actual space where a number of different operators work, and users have the opportunity to change service providers. Finally, considering all aspects of the solution as well as the implementation process within the existing infrastructure, we process the comparative analysis from which we draw conclusions that can optimize the application of number portability enabling solutions.
