Abstract
Informacija predstavlja jedan od osnovnih resursa u poduzetništvu. Čovjek se razlikuje od ostalih živih bića upravo po tome što može pohranjivati informacije. Kako se broj informacija povećavao došlo je do potrebe razvoja sustava informacija, pa tako i računovodstvenog sustava informacija koji je podsustav informacijskog (poslovnog) sustava poduzeća. Funkcija informacijskog računovodstvenog sustava je planiranje, kontrola, analiza i informiranje, on je ujedno tako i strukturiran. Informacije koje izlaze iz informacijskog računovodstvenog sustava su financijski izvještaji koji koriste menadžerima kao internim korisnicima da upravljaju poduzećem i npr. pokreću investicijske projekte, ili eksternim korisnicima s kojima poduzeće surađuje. Sustav kontrole u računovodstvenim informacijskim sustavima obavlja se računalnim putem kako bi u stvarnom vremenu sustav imao informacije o promjenama na primjerice stanju računa korisnika. Računovodstveni informacijski sustav je centralna figura današnjih poslovnih sustava.
Abstract (english)
Information is one of the main resources in entrepreneurship. Human is different from other living beings because they can store information. As the number of information increased, there was a need to develop information systems, including the accounting information system, which is a subsystem of the information enterprise system. The function of the IT accounting system is planning, managment, analysis and information, and it is also structured in that way. Information produced by the IT accounting system are financial reports used by managers as internal customers to manage their business and e.g. to start up investment projects, or by external customers the company cooperates with. The control system in accounting information systems is done by means of computers so that the system could have real-time information referring to changes on e.g. customer accounts. The accounting information system is the central figure of today's business systems.
