Abstract
Od pojave prvih baterija (najjednostavnijih ćelija), s kraja osamnaestog stoljeća pa do danas, svjedoci smo stalnog usavršavanja baterija i iznalaženja sve moćnijih i kvalitetnijih baterija u odnosu na prethodne. Poznati ciljevi i zadaci koji se postavljaju pri usavršavanju i izgradnji novih baterija, a to su snažne i dugotrajne baterije, što manja težina u odnosu na snagu, što veći ciklus mogućnosti punjenja, što veća brzina punjenja, što manja štetnost po okoliš, što veća sigurnost i stabilnost u radu, što jeftinija izrada i drugo, daju nam nadu da ćemo u skorijoj budućnosti imati sve bolje i kvalitetnije baterije za najširu upotrebu i različite namjene kako kod prenosivih tako i kod takozvanih stacionarnih uređaja. Ovim radom nastoji se ukratko izložiti prvi počeci u razvoju baterija, principi pražnjenja i punjenja baterija, istražiti i objasni sastav baterija, najpoznatije vrste baterija sa posebnim osvrtom na punjive baterije, gdje se nalaze, njihova namjena, njihove prednosti i mane te zašto su nam bitne. Također definiran je sustav za upravljanje baterija i njegove funkcije. Prikazan je još i primjer stanja napunjenosti i stanja zdravlja baterije.
Abstract (english)
From the appearance of the first batteries (the simplest cells), from the end of the eighteenth century until today, we had witnessed the constant improvement of batteries and finding more powerful and high-quality batteries compared to previous ones. Known goals and tasks that are set during the improvement and construction of new batteries, and that are powerful and long-lasting batteries, less weight in relation to power, as long as possible the cycle of charging possibilities, as high as possible charging speed, as little damage to the environment as possible and stability in work, as cheap as possible, etc., that gives us hope that in the near future we will have better and more high-quality batteries for the widest use and different names for both portable and so-called stationary devices. This paper seeks to briefly outline the first beginnings in battery development, the principles of discharging and charging batteries, research and explain the composition of batteries, the most famous types of batteries with special reference to rechargeable batteries, where they are, their names, their advantages and disadvantages and why they matter. A battery management system and its functions are also defined. An example of the state of charge and the state of health of the batteries is also shown.
