Abstract
Završni rad se bavi analizom i proračunom tranzistorske sklopke za različite terete. Nakon proračuna varijabli značajnih za strujni krug pristupljeno je simulaciji elektroničkog sklopa. Rezultati simulacije su potvrdili točnost proračuna pa se moglo pristupiti izgradnji i mjerenju stvarnog sklopa. Sklop je spojen prema shemi, izmjereni su potrebni naponi i struje. Rezultati mjerenja podudaraju se s proračunom i simulacijom. Nakon toga učinjeno je kratko mjerenje vremena koje je potrebno da tranzistorska sklopka uklopi tj. pređe u područje vođenja.
Abstract (english)
Final work is based on analysis and calculation of transistor switch for different loads. After calculations of variables important for electrical circuit, simulation of electronic circuit began. Results of simulation confirmed accuracy of calculations so we could start building and measuring real circuit. Circuit was connected according to schematics and needed voltages and currents were measured. Results of measurement are match those from calculations and simulation. After that, short measurement of time needed for transistor to switch circuit on into conducting state was done.
