Abstract
U radu su prikazane i analizirane strujno-naponske karakteristike MOSFET-a koji radi u području ispod napona praga. Za modeliranje je korišten program SPICE koji omogućava konstruiranje vlastitih spojeva i implementiranje različitih vrijednosti parametara modela. Njime je moguće napraviti simulaciju strujno-naponskih karakteristika željenog modela. Korišteni su tsmc180n i EECMOSN modeli. Rezultati simulacije odgovaraju teoretskim pretpostavkama.
Abstract (english)
The task of this paper is to present and analyse the current-voltage characteristics of MOSFET in the subthreshold region. The characteristics will be shown in a program that is called SPICE. The program gives the user the ability to build their own circuits and implement parameters of SPICE MOSFET models. With this program the current-voltage characteristics will be simulated for the wanted model. The used models are tsmc180n and EECMOSN. The result of the simulation matches the theoretical assumptions.
