Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su osnove regulacije frekvencije u izoliranom sustavu te interkonekciji s fokusom na primarnu regulaciju frekvencije. Predstavljeni su zahtjevi mreţnih pravila prema proizvodnim jedinicama vezani uz primarnu regulaciju te obveze elektroenergetskog sustava Republike Hrvatske prema interkonekciji. Nadalje, opisan je WAM sustav te su navedene brojne prednosti koje nudi u odnosu na tradicionalne SCADA/EMS sustave. U simulacijskom dijelu ovog rada utvrĎivao se status rada četiri proizvodne jedinice u primarnoj regulaciji frekvencije uslijed tri različita poremećaja u interkonekciji. Pomoću navedenog WAM sustava, mjerila se djelatna snaga i frekvencija proizvodne jedinice u istom vremenskom trenutku. Na temelju grafičkih prikaza ovisnosti djelatne snage o vremenu i frekvencije o vremenu te meĎusobne ovisnosti djelatne snage i frekvencije, promatralo se sudjeluje li proizvodna jedinica u primarnoj regulaciji frekvencije. Dobiveno je da dvije od četiri proizvodne jedinice sudjeluju u primarnoj regulaciji frekvencije te se za njih izračunao statizam.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the basics of frequency control in an isolated system and in interconnection with a focus on primary frequency control. The requirements of network rules towards generation units related to primary control and obligations of power system of the Republic of Croatia towards interconnection are presented. Additionally, WAM system is described and numerous advantages that it offers in comparison with traditional SCADA/EMS systems are listed. In the simulation part of this paper is determined the operating status of four generation units in the primary frequency control due to three different interconnection disturbances. Using the above WAM system, active power and frequency of generation unit were measured at the same time. Based on graphical representations of the dependency of active power on time, frequency on time and interdependence of active power and frequency, it was observed whether the generation unit participates in primary frequency control. Results indicated that two of four generation units participate in the primary frequency control and for those two, speed droop was calculated.
