Abstract
Područje zaštite potrošača se i dalje smatra relativno nedavno aktualiziranim područjem u polju središnjeg bankarstva. Zaštita potrošača je dobila na važnosti tijekom velike financijske krize 2008. godine pa je svega tri godine kasnije, 2011. godine ustrojen Ured za praćenje zaštite potrošača pri Hrvatskoj narodnoj banci. Cilj ovog rada jest izrada web aplikacije za internu upotrebu Ureda za praćenje zaštite potrošača pri Hrvatskoj narodnoj banci, koristeći Oracle APEX razvojni okvir koja služi za evidentiranje i praćenje pristiglih prigovora potrošača.. Aplikacija razvijena na Oracle APEX platformi. Prije toga je demonstriran postupak dizajniranja ER i relacijskog modela baze podataka iz formalne specifikacije aplikacije. Osim toga objašnjene su i pozadinske tehnologije i standardi na kojima su temeljene značajke aplikacije i pozadinskih servisa za dohvat i posluživanje podataka korisnicima. Na kraju je demonstriran rad responzivne web aplikacije za osobna računala koja djelatnicima Ureda omogućuje vođenje evidencije predmeta iz djelokruga Ureda.
Abstract (english)
Customer protection is a relatively new field within the area of central banking. Field of customer protection had received major prominence during the financial crisis of 2008, and only three years later, Croatian National Bank founded the Consumer Protection Monitoring Office. The aim of this paper is to develop an internal web application for registering and tracking of received customer complaints. The application was built using the Oracle APEX platform for application development using “low-code” principles. Prior to that, the process of designing an entityrelationship and relational models was demonstrated based on a formal application specification. In addition, the background technologies, and standards on which the features of the application and background services for retrieving and serving data to users are based on are explained. Finally, a responsive web application for personal computers was demonstrated that allows employees of the Office to track cases which are within the purview of the Office.
