Abstract
Regulacija protoka je vrlo česta zadaća u industrijskim postrojenjima pa joj se često pridaje veće značenje. U radu je modeliran proces protoka fluida na maketi postrojenja za pripremu fluida te projektiran PID regulator. Pri projektiranju sustava upravljanja korištena je simulacije i mjerenje na postrojenju. Za određivanje parametara regulatora korišteno je više metoda sinteze. Napravljena je sinteza regulatora korištenjem Ziegler-Nichols metoda, metode krivulje mjesta korijena te metode Tehničkog optimuma. Na postojećem laboratorijskom postrojenju implementiran je regulator na PLC te su provedena testiranja kakvoće regulacije na različitim radnim točkama i uz različite skokovite pobude. Provedeno je testiranje kakvoće regulacije protoka vode i rashladnog sredstva uz regulatore projektirane na modelu procesa s vodom kao fluidom. Izrađeno je programsko rješenje te pripadajuće korisničko sučelje kojim se upravlja cjelokupnim sustavom pri čemu je omogućeno i ručno i automatsko upravljanje.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper is to determine the parameters of the regulator and to show the quality parameters of the regulation of the fluid or coolant. A mathematical model of the system was determined, where the flow meter represents the measuring member, the proportional valve the executive member, and the flow is the regulated quantity. At the existing laboratory plant, the flow responses for different step impulse were recorded and the quality parameters of the regulation were determined. The regulator was synthesized using the Ziegler-Nichols method, the root locus method and the technical optimum method. Tests were conducted to record the response of water to step impulse and the response of the coolant. A software solution was created with belonging user interface that manages the entire system. The influence of the fluid density change on the regulation quality parameter is presented.
