Abstract
Kroz rad opisan je princip prijenosa energije pomoću transformatora i njegove primjene u uređaju za zavarivanje. Prikazane su konstrukcijske izvedbe transformatora za zavarivanje pomoću kojih se vrši regulacija struje. Opisane su statička i dinamička izlazna karakteristika po kojima se razlikuje od ostalih transformatora. Navedeni su glavni parametri transformatora i prikazana je principijelna shema električnog kruga u zavarivanju. Korišteni su modeli simulacijskog programskog paketa „Finite element method magnetics“ (FEMM) za analizu konvencionalnog transformatora i transformatora za zavarivanje. Pomoću analize modela moguće je vidjeti način na koji se rasprostire magnetski tok na oba transformatora, tijekom praznog hoda i tijekom opterećenja. Nacrtan je fazorski dijagram transformatora za zavarivanje.
Abstract (english)
Through this article the principle of transformer energy transfer is described and its application in welding devices. The construction design of the welding transformer and its current control are described. The description of the static and dynamic output characteristics is made, in which it differs from other transformers. The main parameters of the transformer are listed and a principal electrical welding circuit is shown. The model of a conventional transformer and a welding transformer were used in simulation software „Finite element method magnetics” (FEMM) for analysis. By analysis of the model it is possible to see the way in which magnetic flux extends in both transformers, during open circuit and during load. The phasor diagram of the welding transformer is drawn.
