Abstract
U ovom je radu opisan način rada suvremenih chatbotova, analizirajući svaki njihov temeljni segment, s posebnim naglaskom na bazu znanja te prateći njihov povijesni napredak. Glavni zadatak ovoga rada bila je implementacija web aplikacije za organizaciju baze znanja za chatbot u okruženju Ruby on Rails. Implementacija je napravljena na konceptu baze znanja sveučilišta, koja podržava učitavanje dokumenata s uređaja u različitim tekstualnim formatima ili izravni unos sadržaja dokumenata kroz sučelje. Za organizaciju baze znanja korištena je hijerarhijska struktura, pa su dokumenti podijeljeni u mape i podmape. Uz stvaranje i organizaciju dokumenata, podržano je i njihovo pretraživanje uz mogućnost korištenja različitih filtera te uređivanje i brisanje dokumenata. Korisnici imaju različite uloge te se ovisno o njima definira pravo pristupa određenom dijelu aplikacije.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes how modern chatbots work, analyzing each of their fundamental segments, with special emphasis on the knowledge base and following their historical progress. The main task of this thesis was the implementation of a web application for the organization of the knowledge base for a chatbot in the Ruby on Rails environment. The implementation is based on the concept of the university's knowledge base, which supports the loading of documents from the device in various text formats or the direct input of document content through the interface. A hierarchical structure was used to organize the knowledge base, so the documents were divided into folders and subfolders. In addition to the creation and organization of documents, searching is also supported with the possibility of using different filters, as well as editing and deleting documents. Users have different roles and the right to access a certain part of the application is defined depending on them.
