Abstract
Mjerač induktiviteta je izveden tako da mjeri nepoznate induktivitete s 5 % točnosti. Mjerni opseg uređaja se kreće od 1 uH pa sve do nekoliko desetaka mH. Mjerenje nepoznatog induktiviteta se temelji na mjerenju frekvencije LC oscilatora koji se nalazi na ulazu naponskog komparatora, čija je uloga pretvaranje ulaznog sinusnog signala u digitalni signal amplitude 5 V kako bi on bio primjeren za rad sa mikroupravljačem. Kao glavna komponenta cijelog uređaja upotrijebljen je mikroupravljač ATmega32A. Uloga mikroupravljača je mjerenje frekvencije, te izračunavanje nepoznatog induktiviteta na temelju vrijednosti kalibracijskog kondenzatora i izmjerenih frekvencija, te prikaz rezultata mjerenja na LCD 16x2 zaslonu. Jedan od najvećih ograničavajućih faktora ovog uređaja je naponski komparator LM311 koji ne oscilira pravilno ispod 5 kHz, a pri frekvenciji većoj od 1 MHz unosi izobličenje u digitalni signal (zakošenje gornjeg lijevog brida).
Abstract (english)
Inductance meter is configured to measure unknown inductances with 5 % accuracy. Measuring range of device ranges from 1 uH up to several tens of mH. Measuring unknown inductance is based on measuring the frequency of LC oscillator which is located at the entrance of a voltage comparator, whose role is to convert the input sine signal into a digital signal with 5 V amplitude, so that it would be appropriate to work with the microcontroller. As a major component of the entire device was used microcontroller ATmega32A. The role of the microcontroller is to measure frequency and calculate the unknown inductance based on the value of the calibration capacitor Cc and the measured frequency, and display the measurement results on LCD 16x2 display. One of the major limiting factors of this device is a voltage comparator LM311 which does not oscillate properly below 5 kHz and at a frequency greater than 1 MHz introduces distortion into a digital signal (curvature of the upper left edge).
