Abstract
Unutar ovog diplomskog rada analizirana je stabilnost generatora i podešavanje zaštite prilikom pojave njihanja snaga i kratkoga spoja. U prvom dijelu ovoga rada sagledano je područje rada, par znanstvenih radova koji su obrađivali sličnu temu. Nakon toga je opisana zaštita elektroenergetskog sustava sa naglaskom na distantnu zaštitu, budući da je to zaštita koja mjeri impedanciju te promjenu brzine vektora impedancije što koristi algoritam numeričkog releja kao jedan od podatak pomoću kojega može odrediti radi li se o njihanju snaga ili kratkome spoju, na temelju čega odlučuje da li će poslati naredbu za isključenje prekidaču. Kao glavna tema ovoga rada riječ je bila o njihanju snaga i klizanju polova, dvije pojave koje mogu dovesti do nestabilnosti sustava. Objašnjeno je par metoda pomoću kojih relej određuje da li se radi o njihanju snaga ili je riječ o kratkome spoju. Kod klizanja polova opisana je način na koji relej može porepoznati radi li se o klizanju polova te dva načina na koji se štiti prekidač. Slična situacija je opisana i u slučaju releja koji prepoznaje njihanje snaga u sustavu. Jasno je pokazano da iako su ove dvije funkcije povezano, razlikuju se upravo o tome, što će jedna funkcija pokrenuti naredbu za isklopom dok će ju druga blokirati. Na kraju ovoga rada napravljeno je više simulacija. Primjeri tranzijetne stabilnosti te primjeri stabilnosti sustava prilikom pojave poremečaja u sustavu uz podešenu distantnu zaštitu. Prilikom simulacija tranzijetne stabilnosti vidi se utjecaj mjesta nastanka kratkoga spoja, ukupne impedancije sustava na kritično vrijeme te kritičan kut, u drugom dijelu simulacije uočavamo važnost ispravnog podešavanja zaštite. Distantna zaštita ispravno prepoznaje radi li se o kratkome spoju ili o njihanju snaga koristeći MHO karakteristiku te šalje ili funkciju blokiranja naloga za isklop prekidača, ako se radi o njihanju snage ili će poslati nalog za isklop prekidača u slučaju kratkoga spoja.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the stability of generator and protection adjustments during power swings and short circuits. In the first part of this work, the area of work was examined, along with some scientific papers that addressed similar topics The protection of the power system was described, with an emphasis on distance protection, as it measures impedance and the rate of change of impedance vectors. This uses a numerical relay algorithm to differentiate between power swings and short circuits, deciding whether to send a trip command to the circuit breaker based on this information. The main topic of this work was power swings and pole slipping. Both phenomena that can lead to system instability. Various methods were explained for how the relay determines whether the event that happened in a grid is a power swing or a short circuit. The detection of pole slipping by the relay was described, along with two methods for protecting the circuit breaker in such cases. A similar situation was described for relays detecting power swings in the system. It was clearly shown that although these two functions are related, they differ in that one function will trigger a trip command while the other will block it. Finally, several simulations were conducted. Examples of transient stability and system stability during disturbances with properly adjusted distance protection were analyzed. The simulations highlighted the impact of the location of a short circuit, the total impedance of the system on critical time and angles, and the importance of correct protection settings of the relay. Distance protection accurately identifies whether the issue is a short circuit or a power swing using the MHO characteristic and will either issue a blocking command for the breaker if it is a power swing or a trip command if it detects a short circuit.
