Abstract
Glavni zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je razviti napredan sustav za čitanje i kupnju e-knjiga. Bilo je potrebno razviti korisničko i administratorsko sučelje s prikladnim uslugama. Za izradu sustava korištene su programske tehnologije HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP i MySQL te programski alati XAMPP, PhpMyAdmin, ImageMagick i Ghostscript. Ostvarena je web aplikacija za čitanje i kupnju e-knjiga s korisničkim sučeljem koje nudi usluge kupnje, čitanja, komentiranja, ocjenjivanja, pretrage i objavljivanja e-knjiga. Sustav koji je ostvaren nagrađuje korisnika za vjernost pa tako korisnik kupnjom i objavljivanjem stječe dodatne bodove kojima ostvaruje prigodne popuste. Administratorsko sučelje omogućuje upravljanje korisnicima, korisničkim datotekama i e-knjigama.
Abstract (english)
The main mission of this project was to develop an advanced system that would allow buying and reading e-books. The development process consisted of constructing a web application by utilizing programming technologies such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP, MySQL and program packets such as XAMPP, phpMyAdmin, ImageMagick and Ghostscript. The result of this development process was a web application that fulfills the roles stated above that allows its users to search for, shop, read, comment on, rate and publish e-books. The user is awarded points for their loyalty to the service which they can then use in form of discounts. This web application consists of a user and an administrator interface. The administrator interface enables governing user accounts, user files and e-books.
