Abstract
Sekundarna regulacija aktivne snage i frekvencije ima ključnu ulogu u održavanju stabilnosti u elektroenergetskog sustava. Ona treba održavati ravnotežu snage i frekvencije svakog regulacijskog područja. Također, mora održavati i snage razmjene dogovorene među povezanim sustavima kako bi se osigurala postojanost aktivirane regulacijske rezerve. Najčešće se za sekundarnu regulaciju koriste PI regulatori, koji se u novije vrijeme nadograđuju s genetskim algoritmom jer se na taj način ostvaruju optimalniji rezultati regulacije
Abstract (english)
Load-frequency control of active power and frequency has a key role in maintaining power system stability. It needs to keep equilibrium between electric power and frequency of each controled area. Also, it need to strictly keep exchange schedule of power beetween interconnected power systems in order to enssure stability of secondary control reserve. Mostly, PI controlers are used for purpose of secundary regulation, which are lately often upgraded with genetic algorithm because of optimal control results.
