Abstract
Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada bio je napraviti web aplikaciju za naručivanje u uslužnim djelatnostima srednjih i malih poduzeća. Za realizaciju zadatka korištene su Internet tehnologije HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL i JavaScript. Nakon uvoda, prvo je dan uvid u tehnologije korištene za izradu aplikacije i objašnjeni su neki od osnovnih koncepata korištenih u aplikaciji. Nakon toga opisana je funkcionalnost i izgled aplikacije. U četvrtom poglavlju nalazi se uvid u ekonomsku podlogu: menadžersku kontrolu, menadžerske sustave, digitalizaciju poduzeća i evaluaciju radnika. Tijekom rada naglasak je bio na funkcionalnosti aplikacije u malim i srednjim poduzećima
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis' purpose was to make an order management application in the services sector of small businesses. To do this I used several web technologies including HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript. After the introduction, in the second part of the thesis those technologies were introduced, including some of their basic concepts used in the making of the application. Thirdly, functionality and application design was described. Fourth chapter offers some economic principles on which the application was based, like managerial control, managerial control systems and employee evaluation. The aim of this thesis was application functionality in small and medium business
