Abstract
Ovaj rad posvećen je dokumentaciji sustava nadzora i upravljanja te njihovoj općenitoj primjeni u svakom procesnom industrijskom postrojenju. Dijagram tijeka procesa je obično najraniji glavni crtež koji je razvijen na projektu. On se koristi kako bi sve inženjere informirali i aktivno uključili u dizajn i razvoj. Sljedeči koraci očituju se u kontroli instrumenata i samoga procesa, popisima i bazama podataka za kontrolu procesa rada, specifikacijskim obrascima te brojnim dijagramima. Od posebne važnosti su specifična znanja koja stručnjak mora zadovoljavati kako bi znao na koji način proces radi, te kako ga se može kontrolirati. S obzirom kako se danas sustavi nadzora i upravljanja implementiraju u svakom novom procesnom industrijskom postrojenju, kod starih postrojenja nastoji ih u što većoj mjeri modernizirati.
Abstract (english)
This work is dedicated to the documentation of the monitoring and management and their general application in any process plant industry. Process flow diagram is usually the earliest major drawing that was developed in the project. He is used so all the engineers are informed and actively involved in design and development. The following steps are reflected in controlling instruments and the process itself, lists and databases to control the work process specification patterns and numerous diagrams. Of particular importance are the specific knowledges that an expert must satisfy in order to know how the process works and how it can be controlled. With regard to the present system of supervision and management in implementing any new process manufacturing plant, in old plants seeks them as much as possible to modernize.
