Abstract
Održavanje prema stanju elektroenergetskog sustava zahtjevan je i složen zadatak. Uključuje donošenje odluka na temelju analize višestrukih atributa. Odluke se donose na temelju podataka koji u sebi sadrže određenu količinu nesigurnosti, kvalitativnih ocjena i numeričkih podataka. Sve podatke, koji se prikupljaju uz pomoć za to posebno namijenjene mjerne opreme, daljinskog očitavanja ili od strane zaposlenika, potrebno je na odgovarajući način pripremiti i pridružiti im odgovarajuće značenje. U ovom radu predstavljena je višerazinska analiza temeljena na Dampster – Shafer teoriji evidencijskog zaključivanja. Predložena je dekompozicijski model energetskog tansformatora i prikazan je način provođenja agregacijskog procesa zasnovanog na evidencijskom zaključivanju. Stanje promatranog objekta predstavlja se distribucijom svih ulaznih ocjena, a može se prikazati i jednom brojčanom vrijednošću tj. ukupnom konačnom ocjenom. Predstavljen je algoritam predviđanja temeljen na teoriji sivih sustava GM (1,1) koji uspješno predviđa buduće stanje osnovnog atributa tehničkog sustava na osnovu prijašnjih stanja, a sve na malom skupu poznatih podataka. Prikazana je analiza greške predviđanja i dan je alat za određivanje preciznosti predviđanja. Razvijene su aplikacije temeljene na unaprijeđenom algoritmu evidencijskog zaključivanja i algoritmu sivog predviđanja za GM(1,1) model. Predloženi model, postupak prikupljanja i analize podataka, agregacijski postupak i postupak sivog predviđanja prikazani su na primjeru održavanja energetskog transformatora, kao reprezentativnog tehničkog sustava.
Abstract (english)
Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) is part of the “on demand” response of the plant. Unlike other plant responses it contains a large amount of uncertain information, qualitative and numerical data. Distributed unmanned plants like electric power distribution network, power grids and power transformers add to this task the demand for possibly uninterrupted users’ service. A multilevel condition evaluation framework based on evidential reasoning algorithm is proposed. A model for condition based maintenance of power transformer and procedures for aggregation process based on evidential reasoning are presented. Calculus apparatus for Condition state assessment of monitored object is described. Gray system theory forecast algorithm for dissolved gas analysis prediction and its application are presented and elaborated. Software applications for evidential reasoning aggregation and GM(1,1) model gray forecasting are developed. Results of CBM decomposition, evidential reasoning algorithm analysis and gray forecast of power transformer condition state are given.
