Abstract
U radu je bilo potrebno kratko opisati sustav vođenja i upravljanja elektroenergetskim sustavom te istražiti i opisati optimizacijske funkcije koje koristi sustav upravljanja energijom EMS. Poseban osvrt u ovom radu je na optimizacijskoj funkciji procjene stanja. Za shvaćanje sustava upravljanja energijom potrebno je poznavanje matematičkih postupaka koji stoje iza tih funkcija. U radu je najveći fokus na funkciji procjene stanja, točnije na metodi najmanjih kvadrata koja se i koristi kao metoda rješavanja simulacije procjene stanja. Prikupljanjem mnogobrojne literature u radu je povezan matematički i tehnički aspekt ovih funkcija te je pojašnjen njihov utjecaj i važnost na vođenje sustava. Praktični dio rada sastojao se od korištenja dva programska paketa uz pomoć kojih se simulirala procjena dnevnog opterećenja na IEEE testnom sustavu. Korišteni programski paketi su Matlab i PowerWorld.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this paper was to describe the system for controling and managing the electical power network and to describe the optimisation functions used by the Energy management system or for short the EMS. Knowledge of mathematical procedures is essential to undersanding of the processes of running and controling the EMS. This paper focuses the most on the state estimation function, and inside that its biggest focus is the weighted least squares method or the WLS which is used as a method of calculating the state estimation in the practical part of the work. This paper connects mathematical and tehnical aspects of the optimisation functions, and gives and insight to their importance in running the system. Practical part of the paper consisted of using Matlab and PowerWorld as tools for state estimation of a days worth of load fluctiation on a IEEE test system.
