Abstract
Ovaj rad detaljno proučava razvoj, funkcionalnost i načelo rada poluvodičkih komponenti, prvenstveno tranzistora. Opisuje razvoj i povijest tranzistora, prve tranzistore, prve materijale i karakteristike postignute otkričem elementa. Prikazan je princip rada određenih tranzistora i njihove strujno naponske karakteristike ovisne o ulaznim tehnološkim karakteristikama. Naposljetku, prikazana je simulacija rada tranzistora i njegove izlazne strujno naponske karakteristike ovisne o promjeni napona i ostalim parametrima.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes development, functionality and working principle of semiconductor components, especially transistors. Paper describes development and history of transistors, first materials and characteristics archived with newly discovered element. It shows a working principle of some transistors and their electrical caracteristics depending on different input values. Finally there is a simulation of transistor current-voltage caracteristics as a function which depends on different voltage inputs and other settings.
