Abstract
Kako bi se unaprijedilo ručno naručivanje pacijenata fizikalnih terapija izrađena je aplikacija koja omogućuje naručivanje pacijenata preko interneta. Aplikacija se sastoji od tri dijela: dijela za administratora koji podešava sustav, dijela za fizioterapeuta koji naručuje pacijenta i provodi terapiju, te dijela za pacijenta koji pristupa terapiji. Sustav omogućuje administratoru da prilagodi sustav lječilištu za koje se radi naručivanje tako što se mogu dodavati nove prostorije, radna mjesta, osobe i terapije. Osim toga administrator može unijeti neradne dane i dane u kojima je neko radno mjesto nedostupno. Fizioterapeut može dodati novog pacijenta, naručiti pacijenta, pregledati raspored terapija po radnim mjestima i obrisati narudžbe. Pacijentu je dopušten pregled prethodnih terapija u kojima je sudjelovao i budućih terapija u kojima treba sudjelovati. Prednost ovog sustava je što su sve informacije na jednom mjestu, olakšano naručivanje pacijenata zbog prikaza potrebnih informacija, pristup informacijama s bilo kojeg računala i s bilo kojeg mjesta, te moguća ušteda papira.
Abstract (english)
In order to improve making an appointment with a patient's physical theraphist manually, an Internet application was developed. The application consists of three parts: the first one is for the administrator who sets the system, the second part is for physiotherapist who is making appointments and carrying out patient’s treatments, and the last one is for the patient who is being treated. The system allows the administrator to customize the health center’s appointment making system by enabling them to add new facilities, jobs, people and therapies. Additionally, the administrator can add non-working days and also the days during which a certain workplace is unavailable. The physical therapist can add a new patient, make an appointment with a patient, check the schedule of the therapies at certain workplaces and cancel appointments. The patient is allowed to review their previous therapies as well as their future appointments. The advantage of this system is the fact that all the information is in one place. Scheduling appointments is made easier by providing all the needed information; the information can be accessed from any computer and from any location, and the potential savings of paper.
