Abstract
Sekvenca za rukovanje koturovima na proizvodnoj liniji je softver koji se sastoji od tri sekvence: transportne sekvence, sekvence za sortiranje te sekvence za povratak tranportnih kolica u početni položaj. Transportna sekvenca i sekvenca za sortiranje imaju interakciju s namotima, dok sekvenca za povratak transportnih kolica u početni položaj nema. Transportna kolica mogu raditi u dva načina: ručnom i automatskom. U ručnom načinu rada operater može po želji pomjerati kolica u četiri smjera: naprijed, natrag, gore i dolje. Softver nije testiran na stvarnom postrojenju, nego je testiran simuliranjem snzora i preduvjeta. Sve su promjene vidljive na HMI-u (Human machine interface). Softver, tijekom faze testiranja, pokazuje vrlo dobre rezultate, te se može primijeniti na stvarni proces uz blage preinake unutar softverske logike. Softver ima niz zaštita koje bi omogućile siguran rad operaterima unutar postrojenja.
Abstract (english)
Coil handling sequence is software made from three sequences: transport sequence, shifting sequence and sequence for returning transport car in starting position. Transport sequence and shifting sequence have direct interaction with coil, while sequence for returning transport car in starting position does not have. Transport car can operate in two modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, the operator can move transport car in four directions: forward, backward, up and down. The software was not tested in real plant, but it was tested by simulation of sensors and permissives (precondition). Changes are visible with the use of HMI (Human machine interface). Software, during the test phase, shows very good results and it can be applied in a real plant with slight modifications of software logic. The software has series of protection that enable safe work for operator in the plant.
