Abstract
Tiskane pločice su temelj za pružanje mehaničke podrške te povezivanja komponenata svih električnih proizvoda, osim najjednostavnijih. Tijekom godina razvijanja tehnologije, razvijale su se i tiskane pločice. Kako smještanjem što više komponenata na što manji prostor da bi se povečala efikasnost tako i primjenom raznoraznih novih materijala i tehnologija. Fleksibilna tiskana pločica nastala je zbog potrebe za boljim iskorištenjem prostora i fleksibilnosti dizajna proizvoda. Zbog prednosti koje nude, uporaba fleksibilnih i kruto fleksibilnih tiskanih pločica strmo raste. Kako bi se osigurala fleksibilnost pločice morali su se koristiti fleksibilni bazni materijali kao što su poliester i poliimid. Također, prije same izrade je vrlo važna priprema materijala kako ne bi došlo do upijanja vlage te oštećenja.
Abstract (english)
Printed circuit boards are the basis for providing mechanical support and connecting components of all electrical products, except the simplest. Over the years of technology development, printed circuit boards have also evolved. Both by placing as many components as possible in as little space as possible in order to increase efficiency and by applying various new materials and technologies. Flexible printed circuit board was created due to the need for better use of space and flexibility of product design. Because of the benefits they offer, the use of flexible and rigid - flex printed circuit boards is growing rapidly. In order to ensure the flexibility of the board, flexible base materials such as polyester and polyimide had to be used. Also, before manufacturing it, it is very important to prepare the material in order to avoid moisture absorption and damage.
