Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je prikazati plan i program puštanja u pogon elektrane na biomasu nazivne snage 1000 kW. Za početak prikazani su tehnički podaci o postrojenju i SN mreži te je predstavljen postupak ispitivanja i definirana su podešenja relejne zaštite u rasklopištu. Nakon toga provjeravaju se preduvjeti za provedbu operativnog plana i programa te se dolazi do najvažnijeg dijela, funkcionalnih ispitivanja elektrane. Tijekom ispitivanja izvršena je jedna značajna korekcija, vrijeme beznaponske pauze za brzi APU je u mreži promijenjeno sa 0,4 s na 0,5 s. Završni dio diplomskog rada odnosi se na mjerenje kvalitete električne energije i analiziranje utjecaja elektrane na samu mrežu gdje je ustanovljeno da su sve izmjerene vrijednosti parametara kvalitete električne energije unutar dozvoljenih granica. U zaključku je dan pregled konačnih podešenja relejna zaštite i ustanovljeno je da su sva ispitivanja uspješno provedena i da elektrana može biti puštena u pogon.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to present the plan and program for the commissioning of a biomass power plant with a nominal power of 1000 kW. To begin with, the technical data on the plant and MV network as well as the test procedure are presented, and the relay protection settings in the switchyard are defined. After that, the preconditions for the implementation of the operational plan and program are checked, and then comes the most important part - the functional tests of the power plant. During the tests, one significant correction was made, the voltage-free pause time for the fast APU in the network was changed from 0.4 s to 0.5 s. The final part of the thesis relates to measuring the quality of electricity and analyzing the impact of the power plant on the network where it was found that all measured values of electricity quality parameters are within acceptable limits. In the conclusion, an overview of the final settings of the relay protection was given and it was established that all tests were successfully performed and that the power plant could be put into operation.
