Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisan je memristor i njegova svojstva. Prikazana je simulacija i način rada dostupnih SPICE modela memristora u programu LTSPICE te mogućnost primjene u analognim sklopovima. Zbog svojstva pamćenja memristor ima veliki potencijal u primjeni izrade memorije. Ovim radom je opisano nekoliko modela koji su potkrepljeni simulacijom u razvojnom okruženju LTspice. Prilikom simulaicje korišteno je osam SPICE modela memristora, a to su: Strukov, Biolek, Joglekar, Knowm, Pino, Michigan, Yakopcic i izrađeni IM model.
Abstract (english)
This final paper describes the memristor and its properties. The simulation and mode of operation of the available SPICE models of memristors in the LTSPICE program and the possibility of application in analog circuits are presented. Due to its memory properties, the memristor has great potential in the application of memory fabrication. This paper describes several models that are supported by simulation in the LTspice development environment. During the simulation, eight SPICE models of memristors were used, namely: Strukov, Biolek, Joglekar, Knowm, Pino, Michigan, Yakopcic and the developed IM model.
