Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada bio je objasniti osnovna svojstva bipolarnih spojnih tranzistora, napisati pregled arhitektura logičkih sklopova temeljenih na bipolarnim spojnim tranzistorima i izraditi simulacijske modele osnovnih logičkih sklopova u izvedbi s bipolarnim tranzistorima. U drugom poglavlju su objašnjena osnovna svojstva bipolarnih spojnih tranzistora počevši od opće podjele tranzistora, principa i područja rada tranzistora, načina spajanja i faktora strujnog pojačanja. Zatim su opisane ulazne i izlazne statičke karakteristike i dinamička svojstva poput režima rada tranzistora kao sklopke. U trećem poglavlju opisane su postojeće arhitekture logičkih sklopova temeljenih na bipolarnim spojnim tranzistorima. Nakon toga, objašnjeni su rezultati provedenih simulacija osnovnih logičkih sklopova izvedenih preko RTL tehnologije koja je odabrana za simulaciju zbog jednostavnosti izvođenja. Rezultati simulacije potvrdili su funkcionalnost izrađenih logičkih sklopova.
Abstract (english)
The assignment of this paper was to describe the basic properties of bipolar junction transistors, to write review on bipolar junction transistor based logic circuit architectures and to create simulation models of basic logic circuits. In the second chapter, the basic priciples of bipolar junction transistors are described starting with the general classification of transistors, the working principle and operational regions of transistor, the operational modes and the current gain ratios. Afterwards, input and output characteristics and dynamic properties of transistor's switch working mode are described. In the third chapter, present logic circuit families based on bipolar junction transistors are described. After that, the results of performed simulations of basic logic circuits performed via RTL technology, which was selected due to simplicity of implementation, are explained. The simulation results confirmed the correct functionality of the implemented circuits.
