Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada bio je dati pregled literature u kojoj su opisani modeli i metode prognoziranja proizvodnje iz vjetroelektrana s posebnim osvrtom na metode koje se koriste u Hrvatskoj. U drugom poglavlju opisani su problemi s kojima se susreću pojedine države prilikom implementacije vjetroelektrana u svoj elektroenergetski sustav te je u nastavku opisana situacija u Hrvatskoj. U trećem poglavlju su detaljnije opisane metode predviđanja koje se koriste te na koji način se provodi prognoza. Analiza podataka izvršena je u 4. poglavlju gdje su podaci prognozirane proizvodnje koju vrši Hrvatski operator tržišta energije (HROTE) uspoređivani sa podacima o ostvarenoj proizvodnji koji bilježi Hrvatski operater prijenosnog sustava (HOPS) za različite vremenske horizonte te se analizom podataka ustanovila kvaliteta prognoze proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
The task of this paper was to provide a review of the literature which describes the models and methods of forecasting production from wind turbines with special reference to the methods used in Croatia. The second chapter describes the problems that individual countries face when implementing wind farms in their electricity system, and the situation in Croatia is described below. The third chapter describes in more detail the forecasting methods used and how the forecast is conducted. The data analysis was performed in Chapter 4, where the data of forecasted production performed by the Croatian Energy Market Operator (HROTE) were compared with the data on actual production recorded by the Croatian Transmission System Operator (HOPS) for different time horizons and the analysis of the data established the quality of the production forecast.
