Abstract
Zadatak završnog rada ukratko je opisan u uvodu. Pregled literature u području istraživanja pravila o uravnoteženju elektroenergetskog sustava dan je u drugom poglavlju rada. U trećem poglavlju definiran je elektroenergetski sustav i njegovi dijelovi. Objašnjena su dva načina trgovanja električnom energijom, bilateralnim ugovorima i trgovinskim aplikacijama, načini rada dan unaprijed i unutardnevnog tržišta te tržište uravnoteženja koje obavlja uslugu uravnoteženja elektroenergetskog sustava uslijed nepredvidljivih događaja koji prouzroče neravnotežu sustava. Predstavljeni su počeci europskog i hrvatskog tržišta električne energije. Pregled procesa ugovaranja usluge uravnoteženja u Hrvatskoj i ključni sudionici tržišta električne energije obrađuju se u četvrtom poglavlju. Peto poglavlje fokusira se na europsko tržište te obrađuje dva bitna tržišta Nord Pool grupu i EEX grupu. Mehanizmi za utvrđivanje odgovornosti, obračun odstupanja, primjer obračuna i financijskog poravnanja provedeni su u šestom i sedmom poglavlju.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final paper is shortly described in the introduction. A review of the literature in the field of research on the rules of a imbalanced power system is given in the second chapter of the paper. The third chapter defines the power system and its parts. Two modes of electricity trading, bilateral agreements and trade applications, day-ahead and intraday market modes, and market-balanced electricity system balancing services were explained, followed by unpredictable events causing a balanced system. The beginnings of the European and Croatian electricity markets are presented. An overview of the balancing service contracting process in Croatia and key electricity market participants is discussed in Chapter Four. The fifth chapter focuses on the European market and deals with two important markets of the Nord Pool Group and the EEX Group. Mechanisms for determining liability, deviation calculation, example of calculation and financial settlement are implemented in Chapters Six and Seven.
