Abstract
Capability Maturity Model (CMM) je model razine zrelosti procesa koji je nastao na Institutu softverskog inženjerstva (engl. Software Engineering Institute - SEI) 1987. godine. Već u prvih nekoliko godina doživio je veliki uspjeh što je dovelo do toga da su se u različitim organizacijama počeli provoditi asesmenti. Asesmenti, kroz ključna područja procesa i ciljevima na određenih razinama zrelosti, organizacijama predlažu sljedeće korake za daljnje poboljšanje softverskih procesa.
Abstract (english)
The Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is a process maturity level model developed at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) in 1987. In the first few years, it has achieved a great success, which led to conducting assessments in various organizations. Assessments, through key process areas and goals at specific levels of maturity, suggest organizations next steps to further improve software processes.
