Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je usporediti Mrežnih pravila distribucijskog sustava iz 2018. godine sa Mrežnim pravilima distribucijskog sustava iz 2020. godine, te popisati promjene koje su se u međuvremenu dogodile. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na tendenciju rasta obnovljivih izvora energije u distribuciji, te na regulaciju napona i jalove snage pomoću takvih izvora. Zbog toga u najnovijem izdanju Mrežnih pravila distribucijskog sustava iz 2020. godine doneseni su zahtjevi za proizvodne module A, B, C i D tipa. Za svaki proizvodni modul određen je raspon frekvencije pri kojoj moraju ostati priključeni na mreži, te zahtjevi za isporuku jalove snage, pomoću koje se može regulirati napon u sustavu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final work is to compare two editions of Distribution system grid rules, one from 2018. to Distribution system grid rules from 2020. , to list changes that have occurred in the meantime. Special emphasis was placed on the emergence of more and more renewable energy sources in distribution, and on voltage and reactive power regulation by such sources. Therefore, in the latest edition from 2020. of the distribution system network rules, requirements have been adopted for production modules of A, B, C and D types. For each power-generating module, a frequency range is defined where they have to remain connected to the grid, and reactive power delivery requirements, which can regulate the voltage in the system.
