Abstract
U završnom radu obrađen je pogon tvornice čokolade Kandit d. o. o. . U prvom dijelu ukratko je opisana povijest Kandita, zatim je obrađen tehnološki proces proizvodnje mliječne čokolade na liniji Buhler, detaljno je opisana svrha i način rada svih strojeva koji sudjeluju u radu na ovoj liniji sve od ulaska sirovine u pogon do skladištenja i distribucije gotovog proizvoda. Obrađen je elektroenergetski sustav tvornice, od napajanja iz sustava HEP-a do svih drugih izvora napajanja tvornice. U nastavku završnog rada analizirane su rasvjeta i električne instalacije tvornice, a zatim zaštita i zaštitne mjere koje pružaju sigurnost pri radu, zatim je utvrđen broj elektromotora, njihove vrste i načini upravljanja. U zadnjem dijelu završnog rada napravljen je proračun ukupnog otpora uzemljenja tvornice čokolade Kandit.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper, the plant of the chocolate factory Kandit d. o. o. was covered. In the first part of the final paper, the history of the Kandit is described. Next was described, the technological process of milk chocolate production on the Buhler line, the purpose, and mode of operation of all the machines participating in the work on this line, from the entry of raw materials into the plant to the storage and distribution of the finished product. The power system of the factory was processed, from the power supply from the HEP system to all other power sources of the factory. In the continuation of the final paper, the lighting and electrical installations of the factory were analyzed, followed by protection and protective measures that provide safety at work. Then the number of electric motors, their type, and control methods were determined. In the last part of the final paper, the calculation of the total grounding resistance of the Kandit chocolate factory was made.
