Abstract
Bežične ad hoc mreže postaju sve raširenija vrsta bežičnih mreža. Sastoje se od skupine bežičnih pokretnih čvorova koji međusobno komuniciraju bez mrežne infrastrukture ili centraliziranog upravljanja. Zbog svojih specifičnosti nije moguće primijeniti protokole usmjeravanja poznate iz žičnih mreža, nego se koriste nova, specifična rješenja. Cilj ovog rada je korištenjem mrežnog simulatora NS2 (engl. Network Simulator 2) izvršiti analizu i usporedbu performansi najznačajnijih usmjerivačkih protokola u bežičnim ad hoc mrežama. AODV, DSR i DSDV protokoli usmjeravanja su simulirani sa različitim scenarijima pokretljivosti i opterećenja. Parametri po kojima je vršena usporedba su prosječno kašnjenje s kraja na kraj, odnos uspješno dostavljenih paketa i ukupnog broja paketa, propusnost, te odnos paketa usmjeravanja u odnosu na podatkovne pakete.
Abstract (english)
Wireless ad hoc networks are becoming more and more widespread type of wireless networks. They consist of a group of wireless mobile nodes that communicate with each other without a network infrastructure or centralized management. Because of their characteristics it is not possible to apply routing protocols used in wired networks, instead, new, specific solutions are used. The aim of this paper is to carry out an analysis and comparison of performance of the most important routing protocols in wirelss ad hoc networks using a network simulator NS2. AODV, DSR and DSDV routing protocols are simulated with different scenarios of mobility and network load. Parameters used for comparison are average end to end delay, packet delivery ratio, throughput and routing load.
