Abstract
Diplomskim radom obuhvaćena je izrada radne stanice za operatere (engl. Operater Workstation) za sustav gospodarenja željeznim otpadom. Za potpunu funkcionalnosti radne stanice za operatere potrebno je izraditi detaljnu tehničku specifikaciju, definirati podatke za razmjenu, razviti komunikacijski softver (pozadinsku aplikaciju) za manipulaciju nad tim podacima te izraditi Web aplikaciju za vizualni prikaz i kontrolu podataka. Za komunikaciju aplikacije sa PLC-om koristi se Siemens S7.NET biblioteka koja podržava rad sa PLC-ovima Siemens serije S7. Komunikacijski softver (pozadinska aplikacija) razvijena je u C# programskom jeziku. S druge strane, Web aplikacija razvijena je u PHP programskom jeziku. Glavne karakteristike Web aplikacije su: autentifikacija korisnika, sustav naprednog upravljanja parametrima za konfiguraciju rada postrojenja (receptima), prikaz production i delay zapisa, stvarnovremensko strujanje komunikacijskog zapisnika te reponzivnost. Cjelokupan sustav je testiran pomoću alata NetToPlcSim koji omogućava simulaciju stvarne konekcije aplikacije sa PLC-om, dok su rezultati prikazani u dokumentaciji diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this thesis is the development of an Operator Workstation for recycling systems. To achieve complete functionality of the operator workstation, it was necessary to create a detailed technical specification, define data for exchange, develop communication software (background application) for handling this data, and design a web application for visual representation and data control. Communication between the application and the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) was facilitated by the Siemens S7.NET library, which supports working with Siemens S7 series PLCs. The communication software (background application) was developed using the C# programming language. On the other hand, the Web application was developed using the PHP programming language. The main features of the web application include user authentication, an advanced parameter management system for configuring plant operations (recipes), display of production and delay records, real-time streaming of communication logs, and responsiveness. The entire system was tested using the NetToPlcSim tool, which allows simulating a real connection between the application and the PLC, with the results presented in the master's thesis documentation.
