Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je napraviti projekt aktivne energetski neovisne kuće. Na već postojeći stambeni objekt bilo je potrebno napraviti prijedlog izgradnje sustava koji koriste energiju Sunca i vjetra za proizvodnju električne i toplinske energije. Proračunom i podacima o stvarnoj potrošnji, napravljana je projekcija stvarnih potreba kućanstva za energijom. Prema tim podacima projektiran je sustav, koji bi zadovoljio sve potrebe kućanstva za energijom iz vlastite proizvodnje. Prijedlog projektiranog sustava je fotonaponska elektrana snage 10 kWp, vjetroagregat 1 kW za proizvodnju električne energije , te sustav kolektora za zagrijavanje vode snage 3 kW i inverter klima uređaj snage 12 kW za proizvodnju toplinske energije i energije za hlađenje. Proračunom proizvodnje vidljivo je da kuća tijekom cijele godine može sve potrebe za energijom pokriti iz vlastite proizvodnje, uz veliki višak električne energije tijekom ljetnih mjeseci. Prodajom viška proizvedene energije ostvarivala bi se dodatna zarada i ušteda. Procjena isplativosti izgradnje sustava, po trenutnim tržišnim cijenama, pokazala je povrat investicije za 15,6 godina. Dok je po povlaštenim cijenama isplativost za 5,6 godina.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this study was to make a project active energy-independent house. The already existing residential buildings it was necessary to make a suggestion to build a systems using solar and wind energy to produce electricity and heat. Budget and data on actual consumption, were made in the projection of the real needs of household energy. According to these figures is designed system, which would satisfy all the needs of household energy from own production. The designed system is photovoltaic power plant 10 kWp, 1 kW wind turbine to produce electricity, and the system of collectors for water heating of 3 kW and the inverter air conditioner power 12.3 kW of heat generation and cooling. The calculation of the system production, show us that the house throughout the year can all energy needs covered from own production, with a large surplus of electricity during the summer months. By selling surplus power exercised to additional earnings and savings. Cost-effectiveness of building the system, at current market prices, showed a return on investment for 15,6 years. While at preferential prices viability for 5,6 years.
