Abstract
Velike mogućnosti pametnih telefona rezultirale su da se danas takvi uređaji viđaju kod svih dobnih skupina, bilo u poslovne, privatne ili zabavne svrhe. Ogromnim rastom tehnologije i napretkom mogućnosti pametnih uređaja razvila se potreba za olakšavanjem svakodnevnih zadataka bilo koje vrste, kroz jednostavne ili složenije aplikacije. Danas na tržištu aplikacija postoje uistinu korisne i ozbiljne aplikacije koje svojim korisnicima olakšavaju poteškoće i/ili zadatke s kojima se susreću svakodnevno. Aplikacija za samopomoć korisnicima internet usluga korisniku nudi na izbor usluge telefona, interneta ili televizije. Nakon odabira željene usluge, na zaslonu korisnik dobiva pitanje i ponuđene odgovore, na osnovu odgovora dobiva slijedeće pitanje, te ga aplikacija vodi do rješenja problema ili savjeta što učiniti u nastavku. Aplikacija je izrađena u Eclipse razvojnom okruženju u programskom jeziku Java
Abstract (english)
The great abilities of smartphones have nowadays resulted in the appearing of these phones everywhere - by all age groups, either for business, entertainment or private use. Due to the immense development of technology and the number of options that smartphones today have, the need for the simplification of everyday assignments through simple or complex applications has developed. Nowadays on the market of applications there are truly useful and serious applications, which enable their users to overcome difficulties and/or complete assignments, which they encounter daily. A self-help application for internet users offers them phone, internet or TV services. After choosing the wanted service, the user receives the question and the answers, and based on his answer he becomes the next question, so the application leads him to the solution of the problem or to the advice what to do next. The application is made in the Eclipse development environment in the programming language Java
