Abstract
Početak rada daje kratki osvrt na to što su tranzistori općenito i način na koji se dijele. Ta podjela je na bipolarne i unipolarne, ali kako je završni rad temeljen na unipolarnim tranzistorima, opisan je način rada pojedinog tipa unipolarnih tranzistora. Uslijedilo je defirnianje izlaznih i prijenosnih I-U karakteristika. Na kraju su definirani dinamički parametri , izlazna vodljivost d g i strmina m g te način na koji se izračunavaju iz strujno naponskih karakteristika. Kako su parametri različiti za pojedino područje rada, za svaku su krivulju izračunati po četiri parametra. U istom poglavlju prikazane su nadomjesne sheme dinamičkih parametara pri visokim i niskim frekvencijama. Budući da su u radu simulirane I-U karakteristike za konkretne modele tranzistora, dinamičke je parametre bilo najlakše odrediti upravo grafičkim putem. Proizvoljnim odabirom dvije točke na krivuljama te unošenjem vrijednosti u odgovarajuće izraze rezultira dobivanjem vrijednosti za izlaznu vodljivost i strminu
Abstract (english)
The beginning of this final paper gives a short review about transistors and the way they are divided in general. They are divided into bipolar and unipolar , but since this final paper is based on unipolar transistors, it is described how every kind of unipolar tranzistors operates. The next step was the definition of the output and input I-U characteristics. At the end followed the definition of the dynamic parameters, the output conductance d g and the gradient m g , and the 28 way how they can be calculated out of the typical current voltage characteristics. How the parameters vary for the different operation areas, for each curve there can be calculated four parameters. In the same section are the eqivalent circuits shown for high and low frequencies. In this final paper are the I-U characteristics simulated, and because of that reason, it was the easiest way to define the parameters grafically. By randomly choosing two points on the curves and putting them into appropriate formula results with the values of the output conductance and the gradient.
