Abstract
U radu su prikazani razvoj, mogućnosti i usporedba operacijskih sustava mobilnih uređaja s gledišta funkcionalnosti i korisničkog iskustva. Nadalje, korištena su dva načina testiranja i analize korisničkog iskustva i to alati za vrednovanje performansi te on-line upitnik. Alati za vrednovanje performansi predstavljaju objektivan dok on-line upitnik predstavlja subjektivni dio testiranja i analize korisničkog iskustva. Alati za vrednovanje performansi korišteni su kao aplikacije za operacijske sustave Android i iOS i svaka aplikacija testira određeni dio sklopovlja. On-line upitnik proveden je na različitim profilima ljudi kako bi rezultati bili što kvalitetniji i potpuniji. Dobiveni rezultati govore da je najpopularniji operacijski sustav mobilnih uređaja Android, te da rezultati benchmark aplikacija nisu presudni kod odabira pametnih telefona. Iz benchmark testiranja vidljivo je da uređaji pokretani operacijskim sustavom Android koriste sklopovlje boljih performansi te postižu rezultate slične kao uređaji pokretani operacijskim sustavom iOS koji imaju sklopovlje koje je slabije
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the development, possibility and comparison of operating systems for mobile devices from the viewpoint of functionality and user exprience. Furthermore, we were used two types of testing and analysis of user experience: tools for evaluating performance-benchmarks which are objective and on-line survey which is subjective part of testing and analysis of user experience. Tools for performance evaluation are used in the form of applications for the Android and iOS operating system, and each application is used for testing different piece of hardware. The on-line survey was applied on different profiles of people to get better results. The results show that the most popular operating system for mobile devices is Android and that the results of the benchmark applications are not too important when choosing smartphones. The 36 benchmark testing shows that the devices operated with Android operating system which are using the better hardware achieves results similar to devices operated on iOS operating system whose hardware is inferior.
