Abstract
U vremenu kada je nezamisliv život bez električne energije, potrebno je, u skladu s razvojem tehnologije, razvijati i kvalitetniju te energetski učinkovitiju proizvodnju i potrošnju električne energije pri tome ne zanemarujući zaštitu okoliša. Automatizacija postojeće elektroenergetska mreže te nadzor rada i upravljanje uvelike doprinosi kvaliteti i opskrbi električne energije. Koncept potpuno integrirane automatizacije omogućava jedinstveno upravljanje svim automatizacijskim komponentama s pomoću jedne platforme. Integrirana komunikacija među svim automatizacijskim komponentama jedan je od preduvjeta za distribuiranu proizvodnju. Međusobno podešeni komunikacijski mehanizmi omogućavaju besprijekorno djelovanje upravljača te vizualizacija sustava. Na primjeru jedne tvrtke prikazan je centralni sustav nadzora potrošnje električne energije. U takvom centralnom sustavu moguć je daljinski nadzor i upravljanje te vođenje vršne snage. Funkcija vođenja vršne snage omogućava smanjenje troškova električne energije i to na način da djeluje na odabrane potrošače. Ovakav sustav omogućava snimanje energetskih slika te lociranje anomalija unutar sustava u potrošnji električne energije, ali posjeduje i mogućnost djelovanja na otklanjanje istih. U praktičnom djelu opisan je primjer sustava energetske učinkovitosti i nadzora za zgradu Fakulteta elektrotehnike, računarstva i informacijskih tehnologija Osijek. Takav sustav osigurava snimanje i arhiviranje energetskih slika objekata zgrade FERIT-a te također objedinjuje funkciju djelovanja na objekt u svrhu smanjenja troškova vršne snage. Kvalitetnom analizom energetskih slika te uspješnom dijagnostikom anomalija u sustavu, moguće je postići velike rezultate na području energetske učinkovitosti i uštede električne energije unutar zgrade Fakulteta elektrotehnike, računarstva i informacijskih tehnologija Osijek. Ovakav automatizirani sustav primjer je modernoga nadziranja i upravljanja električnom energijom u zgradarstvu, ali i industriji.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, people cannot imagine their lives without electrical energy. In addition to technology development, measures have to be done in order to provide high quality and energy efficient production and consumption of electrical energy not marginalizing the environment protection. Automatization and control of the current power engineering network contribute to enhancing the quality and supply of electrical energy. The concept of fully integrated automatization provides a unique control of all automatization components using one platform. Integrated communication among automatization components is a prerequisite for distributed production. Adjusted communication mechanisms provide impeccable performance of controllers and system visualization. Using a case study of a company, a central controlling system of electrical energy consumption is used. In such system, it is possible to remotely control and supervise peak power. The peak power performance provides electrical energy cost reduction consequently having an effect on selected consumers. This system facilitates recording images and locating potential anomalies within the system of energy consumption. In addition to pinpointing, the system can remove anomalies. In the practical part of the paper, an example of the system for energy efficiency and controlling for the building of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek was elaborated on. Such system provides recording and archiving images of the Faculty building and reduces peak power costs. Analysing images and diagnosing anomalies in the system, impressive results in the field of energy efficiency and savings can be done in the Faculty building. This automatized system is an example of modern control and energy management in building engineering and industry.
