Abstract
U ovom radu izložen je pristup problematici upravljanja vjetroagregatom. U uvodu je opisana povjest vjetroelektrana. Načini izvedbe vjetroturbina koje se mogu sresti u praksi su opisani u drugom poglavlju. Metode upravljanja vjetroturbinama su opisane u trećem poglavlju sa svojom problematikom. U četvrtom poglavlju opisani su glavni pristupi i ciljevi pri projektiranju regulatora vjetroturbine. Metode regulacije snage su opisane pojedinačno u petom poglavlju. Strategije upravljanja vjetroturbina sa modelima upravljanja djelatnom i jalovom snagom po IEC normi su opisani u šestom poglavlju. U sedmom poglavlju su opisani dizajni upravljanja turbinama i na kraju su prikazani dizajni sa grupnim upravljanjem kuta zakreta za regulaciju brzine vrtnje i prigušenije torzijskog naprezanja pogona, zatim upravljanje momentom generatora za prigušenje torzijskog naprezanja pogona i na kraju je opisano upravljanje pojedinačnim zakretanjem lopatica za ublažavanje opterećenja rotora.
Abstract (english)
Thesis deals with the approach of wind turbine managment issues. In the introductary part the history of wind power plants is described. The types of wind turbine that can be found in practice are presented in the second chapter of this article. The third chapter focuses on the wind turbine control methods and their problems. In the fourth chapter the main approaches and goals for designing the wind turbine regulator are explained. The power control methods are individually described in the fifth chapter. Chapter six deals with the wind turbine management strategies in accordance with IEC standards of active and non-power management. In the seventh chapter the turbine control designs are described. Descriptions of a rotor collective pitch controller for speed regulation and drive train torsional damping and a generator torque controller for drive train torsional damping and independent blade pitch controller for rotor load alleviation are presented at the end of this article
