Abstract
Ovaj rad baziran je na opisu postupka izrade tankoslojnih fotonaponskih modula te pregledu tržišta istih, osnovnim tipovima tankoslojnih fotonaponskih modula i njihovim karakteristikama. Također, prikazana su mjerenja I-U karakteristika pojedenih modula. Korišteni su tankoslojni CIS i a-Si fotonaponski moduli.
Abstract (english)
This work is based on explaining the procedure of production thin film photovoltaic modules and the review of the solar market, basic types of thin film photovoltaic modules and their characteristics. Also, measurements of I-U characteristics for each module are shown. It is used thin film photovoltaic module CIS and a-Si.
