Abstract
Nadomjesni parametri kondenzatora i zavojnice mogu se brzo i efikasno izmjeriti RLC metrom. Prije mjerenja potrebno je upoznati se s radom RLC metra i teorijskim vrijednostima koje će nadomjesni parametri poprimiti na idealnim otpornicima, kondenzatorima i zavojnicama. Parametri koji se mjere su otpor, induktivitet, kapacitet, nadomjesni otpor, modul impedancije, faktor dobrote i kut između napona i struje. Mjerenja se izvode na frekvencijama od 0.1, 0.12, 1, 10 i 25 kHz. Sličnost mjernih rezultata i očekivanih, teorijskih, rezultata varira. Ovisno o komponenti, njenoj izvedbi i frekvenciji, rezultati mogu biti iznimno slični teorijskim vrijednostima, ali se mogu pojaviti i velika odstupanja. Odstupanja se učestalije pojavljuju na zavojnicama i kondenzatorima, no ona se mogu pripisati neidealnim uvjetima mjerenja, pojavama raznih parazitskih utjecaja a moguća je i šteta na komponenti
Abstract (english)
It is possible to quickly and effectively measure the equivalent circuit parameters of coils and capacitors by using an LCR meter. It is necessary to have understanding of the LCR meter's functions as well as knowledge of the theoretical values of these parameters for the ideal equivalent of each component. The measured parameters are: resistance, inductance, capacitance, equivalent resistance, impedance magnitude, quality factor and the phase angle. The measurements are conducted on the frequencies of 0.1, 0.12, 1, 10, 25 kHz. The similarity between the measured and the expected, theoretical values varies. Depending on the measured component, it's architecture and the chosen frequency the results can be almost a perfect match, but significant discrepancies are possible. The discrepancies occur more commonly with coils and capacitors, however some of them can be attributed to non-ideal measuring conditions, parasitic elements and it's also not possible to exclude the possibility of some of the components being damaged.
